The 2012 GoDaddy.com Bowl, part of the 2011–12 bowl game season, is scheduled to take place on January 8, 2012, at Ladd Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama. The 13th edition of the game will feature the Arkansas State Red Wolves from the Sun Belt Conference (Sun Belt), and the Northern Illinois Huskies from the Mid-American Conference (MAC). It will be televised at 8:00 p.m. CT on ESPN.

Arkansas State accepted a bid to compete in the 2012 edition of the game following their victory over Middle Tennessee on November 19.^[2]
